Other operators to the country include American Airlines, British Airways, Continental, Delta and KLM. BA offer one-way, economy class tickets from London to San Jose from around £2,000.

Flights from London to San Jose take approximately 12 hours, though stopovers may increase this time. New York to San Jose takes around seven hours. San Jose’s international airport offer taxis, coach and bus services into town, and facilities include bars, banks, gift shops and restaurants, amongst other things.
